Our team of Housekeepers provide a bespoke cleaning service individual to the requirements of your property.
We will clean and prepare your property ready for the arrival of your guests ensuring that the property is perfect before your guests arrive.
First impressions really do count and a well presented property encourages re-booking and recommendations.
Normal Changeover Clean
This clean will take place on the day of departure, preparing the property for the next set of guests
Mid-Booking Refresh/Linen Change
If guests are staying for a longer period, we give the option of a mid-stay clean and change of linen where required
We recommend a deep clean at the beginning of the season - this ensure that the property is thoroughly clean, aired and check ready for the arrival of your first guests.
Laundry is removed at changeover and returned in readiness for the following booking. We recommend that you have 2 sets of linen at a minimum. This enables ample time for laundry and airing in between use.
All cleaning products are supplied by us. Many of our customers are now changing from conventional products to environmentally friendly products; we stock a full range of Method & Ecover products - ideal all round and perfect for those with septic tanks or waste treatments plants.
How to place your first order:
Gather your friends or colleagues and decide which day of the week you would like collection and phone or email us . We will drop off laundry boxes and customer detail forms. Each person will be required to fill out the form and give contact details and any special requests. Place your customer details in the box with your ironing and we will collect on the pre-arranged day. Ironing will be returned 48 hours later unless previously advised.
Each customer will be billed individually for simplicity and are advised by phone or text prior to your order being returned. Payment is upon return of items and can be cash or cheque.
